He transformed Deepak Foods from a traditional milling business into a multi-vertical enterprise with operations in consumer brands, nutrition, cattle feed, agriculture, logistics, and more. His initiatives include launching Bharat Mata and Purn Aadhaar brands, establishing a state-of-the-art premix division, introducing scientific farming through Deepak Farms, and strengthening nationwide private label manufacturing networks. Deepak Sahni is known for his innovative mindset, commitment to quality, and focus on modern systems and automation.
